SwipeFlow Social Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the SwipeFlow Social web application ("App"), developed and operated by DigiForm Solutions, which provides access to publicly available data and media sourced from TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

You may use the App solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to use the App in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.

The App is intended for users aged 13 and older. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Social Media Content and Data

The App retrieves and displays media, text, user-generated content, and metadata ("Social Media Content") from TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube via their respective public APIs or permitted integrations.

We do not claim ownership over any Social Media Content. All rights remain with the original content creators and/or the respective platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube).

Your use of Social Media Content is subject to the Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and policies of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree not to download, redistribute, reproduce, or modify any Social Media Content unless explicitly permitted by the original content creator or the respective platform’s terms.

You may not use the App to scrape, mine, or harvest data in a way that violates the terms of TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube.

If you publicly display Social Media Content (e.g., in your own projects), you must provide proper attribution to the original creators where required.

4. Intellectual Property

All original materials created and displayed by SwipeFlow Social, including but not limited to logos, interface designs, code, and proprietary algorithms, are owned by or licensed to DigiForm Solutions and protected under copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the App for its intended purpose.

5. Account and Access

Some features may require you to create an account or log in with third-party services (e.g., TikTok, Instagram).

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any Social Media Content or App features.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DigiForm Solutions, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the App after any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
